TUBULAR WIRES

WIRE FOR HIGH IMPACT / RECONSTRUCTION

These alloys are very hard and harden under impact. Used as the welded surface becomes harder, maintaining its other properties. Deposits have excellent impact resistance and do not chip or off. Abrasion resistance increases as used. Multiple layers can be applied seamless. For additional abrasion resistance, can be applied as a last layer specific products.

REBUILDING WIRE machinable

An alloy is very hard and may be machined. Provides high compressive strength and abrasion metal metal. The material provided is very good and high density, it is possible to apply several passes without risk to appear seamless.

WIRES TO ABRASION AND IMPACT

These alloys are designed to resist abrasion and impact friction. Lower hardness alloys resist such high compression as found in all grinding applications. Higher hardness alloys resist abrasion. When a rebuild (build-up) is required to retrieve previous dimensions, using manganese alloys that harden with use.

WIRES FOR HIGH ABRASION

Tungsten carbide is ideal for applications where parts subjected to severe abrasion material.
It is a tubular wire, iron-based alloys and high percentage of tungsten carbide particles.
