AgroCrom – 1600
Resistant to severe abrasion - severe abrasion with moderate impact
Description:
tubular rod; semiaustenÃtico steel deposits a high-chromium carbides provide very good resistance to abrasion with moderate impact strength even at medium temperatures.
Applied flame, dilution is zero and a single pass of 1 to 2 mm high resistance to abrasion is obtained.
Ideal for metal-metal wear and abrasion by friction with the ground. Where particularly suitable for hardfacing deposit thin necessary. The deposit exhibited very low friction coefficient and using the land is polished. It can be applied to carbon steels, low alloy with manganese content.

Typical applications:

Severe abrasion resistant - severe abrasion with moderate impact
Description:
Tubular rod; deposits a weld metal with high content of chromium carbides that give very good abrasion resistance with moderate impact resistance.
Deposit without slag,
high efficiency> 95%.
As tubular rod requires lower amperage than similar products of solid core which guarantees low levels of dilution.

Extreme abrasion resistant
Description:
tubular rod; deposited weld metal high tungsten carbide and chromium that give maximum abrasion resistance with moderate impact strength even at high temperatures.
Deposit dross,
high efficiency> 95%.
As tubular rod requires lower amperage . Similar products which solid core which ensures low levels of dilution Applied flame, dilution is zero in a single pass and a large abrasion resistance is obtained.
Available different granulometries;
Fine Grain, mácima abrasion resistance.
Coarse, increases cutting action.
